Dr. Roberts is very knowledgeable and careful. When Dr. Roberts uses nitrogen to take a spot off my face I know she is saving me from plastic surgery down the road. She has diagnosed several basal cells on my face that could have been overlooked by some one else.

I was seeing this office for about 10 yrs. I had my files copied to my primary thinking to have it all under one plan. Only to find that was a wrong thing to do. I came back today and I was happy knowing that proper checks and treatment are excellent again! Yes, there have been different PA-C's but, all have the same high quality of expertise. Dr. Roberts must really evaluate her employees to be Top Notch office in my book.

I gave 5 stars based on the Doctor and the medical assistant. Superb job. Both ladies were thorough and I commend them for not just their professionalism but for their pleasant demeanor that early in the morning 8:15am. They were thorough with gathering info and providing me with info. I loved their attitude towards work and I love the ambiance, very nice office. The front desk person however was not so pleasant. Maybe it was too early in the morning, but she wasn’t pleasant at all.

I have seen Meghan twice. First for removal of pre-cancerous growths & secondly for treatment of age & genetic growths on my back. She does a thorough and thoughtful approach to my conditions. She explains the problems well.

Meghan and I discussed the problem and tho it’s an unusual one she is going to check my blood work. She did freeze two moles I’ve had for years. Hope they are gone soon. I was very pleased with our discussions and recommend her highly.

Meghan discussed alternatives to spot freezing and asked that Rufin keep an open mind. At the moment he is content with the treatment he is receiving.

I was so very pleased today with the care I received from Meaghan. She sat and helped me go through 5 different creams from other caregivers... And then wrote them down....and what each was for if they were steroidal,where to use them or not to use...as they were from 4 different practitioners...it really simplified everything and answered all my questions that others could not....it was really a sense of relief..I walked out feeling much more informed....thank you soooo much.

I left your office feeling much better than when I went in. Thank you for examining the growths on my back. My husband checked them monthly because I couldn't see them. Then he saw photos of skin cancers and thought he had been wrong about his impressions of my- AGE SPOTS! My yearly appointment was a couple months away. You saw me. And as always you were so kind and carefully examined my back. I have had 2 prior excisions but on this day just TLC.

I've seen Dr. Roberts multiple times, she is friendly and very skilled. I have never experienced any bruising, and the process is basically pain free. The office staff is also on top of things, I have never experienced any problems with reservations or billing.
