Meghan Monk, PA-C, is a physician assistant at The Dermatology Center of Worcester in Worcester, Massachusetts. During appointments with Meghan, she displays a clear passion for her work in skin care by working closely with her patients to identify and treat common skin conditions and concerns. 

Meghan earned her bachelor’s degree in biochemistry and molecular biology from Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts. Upon finishing her undergraduate degree, she worked as a patient care assistant at Connecticut Children’s Medical Center in Hartford, Connecticut. 

She then went back to school to complete two master’s degrees in physician assistant studies and regulatory affairs and health policy at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Boston, Massachusetts. 

Before she started at The Dermatology Center of Worcester, Meghan completed a program for advanced practice providers, known as ThriveAP, while working at a rural primary care practice in Connecticut. Through this program and her work, she built expertise and experience in identifying and treating skin conditions like warts, rosacea, acne, and psoriasis. 

Meghan is affiliated with multiple professional organizations, including the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA).
